PRESTATYN Town have secured the signatures of five key youth products ahead of their return to the Huws Gray Alliance.

The new Seasiders’ management team of Leon Field and Ryan Turner have continued to rebuild their squad at a rapid pace, with Aaron White, Elliot Lloyd, Lewis Pierce, Macauley Taylor and Michael Foulkes all committing their futures to the club.

All five were an integral part of our reserve side’s championship-winning campaign last season, and they have turned down a number of offers from elsewhere in favour of trying to establish themselves within the Town first team following a number of high-profile departures over the summer.

Former Kinmel Bay boss Field, said: “It’s fantastic for us to have these five lads sign on from the championship-winning side of last season.

“They’ve been involved with the first team already, and we’re looking for them to continue on that path this campaign. We’re excited to see these young lads grow, and they can only get better by following the ethos of the club.”

Of all the re-signings, Taylor boasts the most first-team experience having turned out in the JD Welsh Premier League last season under both Neil Gibson and Gareth Wilson last term.

The 18-year-old, said: “We know we’re good enough. We definitely have the quality to compete. There’s a unity in this team and we’re eager to get out there and play.”

More signings are expected to be revealed in the coming days, with the new management team of Field, Turner and director of football Dave Fuller working hard behind the scenes to ensure the club is full prepared for what is expected to be another hugely competitive second tier next term.
