A PROLIFIC shoplifter has notched up his 400th criminal conviction.
David Archer, 63, pleaded guilty to stealing three boxes of fish fingers worth £3 from a shop in Rhyl.
District judge Gwyn Jones at Llandudno court gave Archer, of Belmont Grove, Rhyl, a six-month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay £105 costs, plus £3 compensation.
The theft in March happened prior to Archer receiving a suspended jail sentence from the same judge.
