North Wales Police are appealing
AN APPEAL is being made for witnesses to a crash where a driver failed to stop at the scene.
The incident happened on Thursday (April 19) on the A525, near to the KFC roundabout in Rhuddlan at about 8am.
A spokesperson from North Wales Police Denbighshire Coastal and Abergele said: "A white vehicle was seen to leave the scene without stopping."
Anyone with information or video footage is asked to contact PC 3184 Bradshaw at Rhyl police station via 101, quote W049772.
