DYFFRYN Banw manager Chris Roberts has acted to fill the void left by goalkeeper Steffan Harri Jones by signing Gary Foster from Huws Gray Alliance side Technogroup Welshpool.
Foster only signed for the Lilywhites in the summer having impressed for the now defunct Trewern United in the J T Hughes Montgomeryshire League last season.
However Foster found himself surplus to requirements at Maesydre following the arrival of Dave Jones from Newtown and has found a new home at Cae Morffa thanks to Roberts.
“With Steffan moving to London for his studies we needed to sign a replacement and in Gary I think we have signed a cracking goalkeeper who wants to prove himself at Banw,” said Roberts.
