A NEW exhibition of work by local artists is on display in Colwyn Bay.
The Denbighshire Art Society is celebrating its 70th exhibition with an eclectic collection of work being shown until August 8.
The society was founded in 1940 and after numerous venues found a home at The Studio on Penrhos Road in 1975. Boasting a public viewing space, the gallery will be showing more than 140 pieces by passionate local artists ranging from landscapes and watercolours, to ceramics and collages.
