RHYL will be looking to put a turbulent summer behind them when they return to action on Saturday.
Rhyl begin their preparations for a title bid in the Cymru Alliance when they host Evo-Stik Division One South club Kidsgrove Athletic (kick-off 2.30pm).
For the friendly, The Lilywhites have cut admission prices to £5 adults, £3 OAPs and £1 for children as supporters are given their first opportunity to see Greg Strong’s new-look side in action.
The match will mark the start of a busy pre-season campaign for Rhyl, which continues on Saturday, July 17, when the reformed Chester FC play only their second ever game (3pm). The clash will see familiar faces including Chester’s management team of Neil Young and Gary Powell and Lilywhites’ cult hero Mark Connolly return to Belle Vue.
