STUART Fraser spared Aberystwyth Town’s blushes with a late winner, after Llanfyllin Town handed them a fright.
However victory came at a heavy price with defender Evan Lewis stretchered off with a broken ankle.
The Seasiders huffed and puffed during a drab first-half and led through Fraser on half-time.
However Llanfyllin stunned their hosts with a 55th minute equaliser as Tamir Law pounced on a mistake by Tom Bowen to slot home.
Despite the set-back of losing Lewis, the Seasiders were not to be denied as Fraser struck a late winner to claim three points and see off Llanfyllin.
