LEE Acott snatched an extra-time winner to earn Jolly Sailor a place in the semi-final of the Rhyl Sunday League's Premier Cup in a 2-1 thriller at Royal Oak.

John Patterson divided the teams at the break only for Richard Pegg to pull back an 88th minute equaliser to keep Royal Oak in the hunt but to no avail.

Four goals from Warren Adams ensured a smooth 9-2 passage for Caskeys at the expense of Llanddulas despite finding themselves two-down inside the opening four minutes.

Caskeys finished comfortable winners with Anthony Colquitt (2), Darren Blackburn, Mike Morris and Adam Hiscox completing their bagful.

Les Weston and Alan Winstanley monopolised the scoring with two each as Rendezvous derailed Leddens Transport 4-0 but Golden Sands were floored by two goals in the last five minutes to trail Bodelwyddan 4-2. Andy Morris (2) brought Golden Sands level after turning round 2-down only to be denied by those late killer strikes. Gaz Foulkes (2), Harry Booker and Lee Baker shared Bodelwyddan's tally.

Fixtures this Sunday: Caskeys v Royal Oak; Golden Sands v Rendezvous; Imperial Hotel v Leddens Transport; Jolly Sailor v Bodelwyddan.
