A MONSTER metal line-up will be ripping up Prestatyn in March when Hammerfest returns to North Wales.
Spread out over a weekend of pure metal madness, Hammerfest II will see heavy (metal)-hitters like Five Finger Death Punch, Skindred, Napalm Death and Suicidal Tendencies (a UK exclusive) descend on the resort for non-stop guitar thrashing between March 11-13.
The original Hammerfest brought together some of the biggest names in metal for a truly memorable weekend at Pontins, Prestatyn Sands, with headliners Opeth, Sepultura and Saxon joined by the likes of Hammerfall, Paradise Lost, Skindred, Cathedral and many more.
This year is set to be bigger and better.
Hammerfest II will see Iced Earth also perform their UK exclusive, Devildriver, Tony Martin’s Headless Cross, Katatonia, Orange Goblin, Attica Rage, Panic Cell, an exclusive by White Wizard and Epica.
Heathen and Hell Fighter will be keeping the crowds going, with Marshall Law, Godsized, The More I See, Conquest Of Steel and Isolysis also confirmed to perform live.
Many more top metal bands have already signed on to Hammerfest II with many more yet to be announced.
In addition to the usual Friday and Saturday night line-up, Hammerfest II will also feature an extra night’s entertainment on Thursday, March 11.
This comes included in VIP packages or can be purchased separately with Gold or Silver packages.
Hammerfest II will be an event not to be missed. The festival will include a bumper line up of established metal and rock acts - with celebrated veterans rubbing shoulders with the metal scenesters of today - alongside the future of metal’s upcoming talent, as championed by Metal Hammer magazine.
