Summer signing Nick Rushton scored his first goal for the Bay in the game at the Essity Stadium, which ended 1-1.
Flint took the lead just five minutes in, but Rushton equalised from the penalty spot after fellow new signing Lloyd Marsh-Hughes had been brought down in the area.
