WHILE there is still time to catch this year’s Christmas pantomime, Rhyl Pavilion is already gearing up to kick off a new year of entertainment.

If too many Christmas tasks got in the way of your annual pantomime enjoyment, you can still get your fix up Cinderella until January 9.

On February 9, the new year kicks off with An Evening With Gretchen Peters.

Peters has risen to the top of her craft by writing and recording songs that explore the deep corners of life with empathy and integrity.

She has accumulated accolades as a songwriter for artists as diverse as Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, The Neville Brothers, Patty Loveless, George Strait, Bryan Adams and Faith Hill.

February 12 sees Dr Feelgood and Eddie and the Hotrods arrive in town.

Formed on Canvey Island in Essex in the early 1970s Dr Feelgood has become one of the most popular live rhythm and blues acts in the world.

Dr Feelgood have enjoyed a string of hit singles in many countries including Milk & Alcohol, Down at the Doctors, Roxette, and See you later Alligator.

The current line-up of the band is led by their drummer Kevin Morris, and features Steve Walwyn on lead guitar, Phil Mitchell on bass and charismatic vocalist, Robert Kane.

James Morrison will be returning to Rhyl's Pavilion Theatre on Thursday, March 3, following on from the release of singles Demons, Stay Like This and his new top ten album Higher Than Here.

James performing tracks taken from the album as well some of his biggest hits including Broken Strings, as well as pop gems like You Give Me Something.
