Laughs aplenty in Rhyl with Lloyd Manford

A RISING star of stand-up is set to tickle comedy fans’ taste buds when his new
tour rolls into Rhyl.

Lloyd Langford - Rare Bit, which comes to the Pavilion Theatre on March 16,
2013, will see Rhod Gilbert’s longtime radio and TV sidekick show why he’s in
demand both as a performer and a writer for other acts.

The Baglan-born comic is a regular panellist on Ask Rhod Gilbert, and has written
additional material for Live at the Apollo and Never Mind the Buzzcocks.

He has also penned jokes for Gilbert, Frankie Boyle and Simon Amstell.

The proud winner of Baglan Cub Scouts’ Shiniest Shoes 1993 also provides the
voice of Elvis on the new Fireman Sam cartoon.

Langford’s acts is packed with jokes, stories, observations, ad-libs, one-liners, theories, topical gags and self-deprecation, all blended into a delicious comedy cawl.
