RHYL residents are having their say on the of the Marina Quay.
More than one year on since the waterfront development's first tenant opened for business, Facebook users are conducting a review on it's success.
The poll, which asks 'Do you think the Marina Quay Retail park is a little bit of a failure?' was posted on the Rhyl Community Forum Facebook group this morning (Thursday) and has more than 160 votes in less than four hours.
So far 79 percent of respondents have voted to label the £25 million Scarborough International Properties a 'little bit of a failure'.
The Journal reported in July of first tenant Poundworld closing its doors after less than a year, although this was the result of nationwide closures of the troubled discount retailer's outlets.
Since last August, flagship retailer The Range has opened its doors along with Farmfoods and Greggs, with construction on a new Aldi superstore due to begin later this year.
