The beautiful harmonies of California's sunniest surfer rock band will be brought back to the stage in Rhyl next month.

Guaranteed to leave everyone with a smile on their face, The Story of the Beach Boys featuring The Beach Boyz Tribute Band will deliver a stunning show of technicolour harmonies that will take any self respecting music lover's breath away in the Pavilion on September 8.

Distinguished by their vocal harmonies and early surf songs, they are one of the most influential acts of the rock era, the band's evolving sound redefined rock's greatest era repeatedly, drawing on the music of jazz-based vocal groups, 1950s rock and roll, and R & B to create their unique sound - and with inimitable Brian Wilson as composer, arranger, producer, and de facto leader, often incorporated classical elements and unconventional recording techniques in innovative ways.

A band who have quite rightly stamped their mark on rock history, The Beach Boy's masterpiece Pet Sounds spurred The Beatles to even greater heights, realising their ambition to match their Californian rivals across the Atlantic with the towering album Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Presented here in all of its vivid glory, this show is a unique opportunity to hear a comprehensive selection of chart hits America’s biggest pop band ever recorded including God Only Knows, Good Vibrations, I Get Around, Surfin’ USA, Fun Fun Fun, California Girls, Sloop John B and many more that you will surely know and by the end of the evening learn to love.
