Children from Rhyl, Prestatyn, Rhuddlan and St Asaph can train to be ninjas, destroy computers and paint faces to develop good behaviour this summer.
Parents from across Denbighshire are being encouraged to take advantage of National Play Day event at Rhyl’s Oak Tree centre on Wednesday, August 1, between 11am and 3pm.
Organised by Denbighshire County Council to help children enjoy their summer holiday, the free event will feature a host of activities including slip and slide bowling, den building, computer destruction, baby zone, face painting, water zone, messy play, ninja training camp, disability sports, soccerama, arts and crafts, painting and much more.
The event, which attracted 2,000 people from throughout the county, is part of the council’s scheme to help young people develop behaviours that contribute to good health and well-being.
