A SCHOOL has been presented with an award which highlights their "outstanding contribution to partnership and excellent mentoring."
Mari Gaskell, headteacher, and Nathan Jones, joint deputy head, accepted the award on behalf of Ysgol Llywelyn in Rhyl.
The accolade was from Liverpool Hope University.
A spokesperson for the school said: "The school are very proud of the hard work over the last academic year in terms of nurturing and working alongside the university to train new teachers and celebrate this achievement.
"Ysgol Llywelyn look forward to continuing their new partnership with Liverpool Hope University."
