A BLOCK paver has appeared in court on Wednesday accused of failing to comply with a serious crime prevention order by having more than £500 cash.
John Gizzi, 47, of Penisaf Avenue, Towyn, entered no pleas to four alleged offences at Santander branches at Colwyn Bay and Rhyl in April and May.
Magistrates at Llandudno remanded him in custody until August 17 at Mold crown court.
Defence solicitor Ian Till made no application for bail.
