A SURVEY designed to help those living with dementia or with memory problems is to be posted out to residents in Rhuddlan
Rhuddlan Dementia Group, which is supported by the town council as part of it its aim to make Rhuddlan a dementia-friendly community, will be posting a short, confidential questionnaire through everyone's door.
The survey will ask residents what the main challenges are in the town and how they can be addressed. No personal information will be asked for.
Cllr Arwel Roberts, chairman of the dementia group, said: "It’s very important that the group builds a good understanding of how many people are living with dementia or memory problems, about the ways in which this may make life difficult for them and how the group might be able to help those people to live more enjoyable and positive lives.
"The survey will only take people a few minutes to complete."
Questionnaires can be posted confidentially into a box inside the library, on Vicarage Lane, by Friday, August 17.
Anyone who doesn't receive one through the door by the end of the month but would like one, can telephone cllr Roberts on 0781350998
