A WOMAN has denied a fraud involving the sale of alleged counterfeit Pandora jewellery.
Defendant Hayley Faulkner appeared in the dock at Mold Crown Court yesterday (Friday).
The 43-year-old of Maes Gwyn in Rhyl, denied that she carried out a business for a fraudulent purpose selling counterfeit Pandora jewellery.
She also denied making a dishonest representation in September 2016 that Pandora products offered for sale were genuine when they were not.
Judge Rhys Rowlands rebailed her pending her trial on October 30.
