IT HAS been confirmed that a raid on a house in Rhyl over the weekend was linked to the ongoing murder investigation. 

North Wales Police have confirmed that a raid that took place on a house on the Mae-y-Gog estate in Rhyl in the early hours of April 30 was connected to the ongoing murder investigation into the death of a Rhyl man.

Ten men are currently in custody following the fatal stabbing in Rhyl of 37-year-old father of two, believed to be Amarjeet Singh.

The victim died after an incident during the early hours of Sunday morning on Prince Edward Avenue, Rhyl. Mr Singh - from the Manchester area - was taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital but later died. Three other people were also treated in hospital.
