STUDENTS at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai’s campuses across North Wales are celebrating "outstanding" A-level and AS-level results.

A pass rate of 100 per cent was achieved across a wide range of subjects. Students achieved a string of top A grades and offers from Universities to study traditional and specialised degree courses.

Students at Coleg Llandrillo’s Rhyl Sixth Centre, located on the college’s Rhyl campus, achieved an impressive overall pass rate (A*-E) of 98.7 per cent.

Glyn Jones, group principal and chief executive, said: “I am absolutely delighted that the Grŵp Llandrillo Menai students have achieved these excellent results.

"Our A-level students this year ranged in age from 16 - 71, and their results are a credit both to the students and their tutors.

"The majority of these students will be progressing to study Foundation or Honours degrees either here at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai or at universities across the country, and I wish them every success.”
