THE family of Arthur Jones have thanked the people of Denbigh and the wider community for their efforts in trying to find him.

Campaigner Lee Hadwin has spoken on behalf of Arthur 's children in expressing their gratitude for the fundraising and awareness campaign instigated by local people.

"I know the family want to thank every single person from their hearts who has helped and donated their time over the last 6 - 7 weeks," said Mr Hadwin.

"My thoughts go out to the family of Arthur at this very sad time. I need to thank everyone from Denbigh, the UK and around the world who got behind the #FindArthur and #CameronPromised campaigns - it just showed what can be done with true passion and support from everyone."
