Gold chain and pearl and ruby earrings among jewellery stolen from Prestatyn

JEWELLERY worth a considerable amount of money has been stolen from a chalet at a Prestatyn holiday park.

North Wales Police have launched an investigation after the from a chalet at Pontins Holiday Park sometime between 10.30pm and 11.30pm on Sunday, May 25.

An offender or offenders entered chalet 391 and stole a lavender coloured suitcase which had black coloured wheels and handle along with a black coloured handbag which had Versace written upon it.

Inside the suitcase was jewellery worth a considerable amount of money.

It consisted of a gold chain which had a pendant of Sheva upon it, a pair of pearl and ruby umbrella style earrings and gold bangles which had a small flower design.

PC Tom Milne said: “Local inquiries have been undertaken and our investigations are continuing. I’d urge anyone who has information relating to the theft or who may have witnessed the incident to contact me or my colleagues on 101. We are also keen to speak anyone who may know of the whereabouts of the jewellery to please get in touch.”
