Two men arrested in Prestatyn on suspicion of possessing a class A drug

TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.

A 34-year-old man and a 39-year-old man were arrested by North Wales Police officers in Prestatyn last Friday.

Aled Eynon, temporary district inspector, said: “The two were arrested after police officers pro-actively stopped a car travelling along the Coast Road.

"A substance believed to be a Class A drug was discovered which is now subject of forensic examination.”

The two men have been bailed pending further inquiries.
