UPDATE: Man charged with criminal damage after Prestatyn incident

A MAN has been charged with criminal damage following an incident on Prestatyn high street.

The 32-year-old has been bailed to appear before Prestatyn Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 3.

He was arrested in Prestatyn on Monday night after the windows of Karl’s Fish and Chicken were smashed with a hammer.

The incident comes just after a month after the takeout restaurant had been fully refurbished with new doors and windows.
