A PUBLIC drop in session will be held to display the new plans for the multi-million pound Ocean Plaza development in Rhyl.

The new proposals were put forward in December and include plans for a hotel, a cafe, restaurant, family pub, a supermarket and shops, along with an open square and car parking.

Scarborough developments hope the proposals will transform the former funfair site creating new jobs and opportunities for local people in a challenging economic climate.

The public drop-in session will be held at Rhyl Town Hall, Wellington Road, where you can see the new plans and meet the team behind them, on Wednesday, February 5, from 3pm to 7pm. If you can’t make the event you can e-mail consultation@curtins.com with your comments.
