A DEVELOPER has submitted fresh plans for Rhyl's former funfair site.

The Scarbarough Development Group has put forward a new outline planning application for the Ocean Plaza.

The plans will involve redeveloping the 5.3 hectare site with a food store; a number of retail outlets; cafes; restaurants; a hotel, a petrol filling station; car parking and landscaping.

Nearby residents will receive letters from Denbighshire County Council this week, consulting them on their views.
