A POLICE watchdog's investigation into North Wales' Police and Crime Commissioner has found no wrongdoing.
The IPCC has concluded its investigation into allegations made about Winston Roddick's residency at the time of his election last November.
The investigation began after allegations were referred to the IPCC.
Mr Roddick was interviewed under criminal caution by IPCC investigators and provided a detailed statement that explained his living arrangements and his various links to North Wales.
The investigation found that there was no evidence to support the claim against Mr Roddick and on that basis, the investigation file was not passed to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
