POWER tools and a mini dumper were amongst items stolen from a water treatment site in Rhuddlan.
An appeal for information and witnesses has been made after offenders gained entry to the site sometime between 6pm on Thursday, September 12 and 7am the following day.
Once inside a large number of power tools and building equipment were taken and those responsible are then believed to have made their way with the tools in a mini dumper from the site.
The mini dumper was later recovered in a field at the back of Marsh Tracks in Rhyl.
Due to the amount of goods taken, officers believe that the offenders may have used a vehicle that was possibly parked on Marsh Road, to leave the area.
PC 2776 Morgan said: "I’m keen to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the vicinity of water treatment site between Thursday evening and Friday morning.
