NORTH Wales Police have received reports of a suspicious man approaching young girls near Rhyl High School.
During the past few mornings North Wales Police have received reports of a suspicious man, in a small silver car, approaching and speaking to young girls from Rhyl High School.
Sergeant Stephen Prince said: “We have increased patrols in the area and would ask for pupils and parents to be especially vigilant on their way to school.”
Staff at Rhyl High School are aware and are co-operating with the Police.
The offender is described as white and about 30 years of age.
He has approached the girls in a small silver hatchback type vehicle.
He added: “We are urging anyone who witnesses suspicious behaviour in the area to contact Rhyl Police immediately on 101.”
Officers said they are keen to talk to the man and anyone with information should contact on 101.
