COLWYN Bay Hockey Club suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of North West Hockey League Division Two promotion hopefuls Rhyl at the weekend.
The Seconds’ derby clash with Llandudno was postponed due to a frozen pitch at John Bright Leisure Centre, and the Thirds bagged a 4-0 win over Bowdon.
The Ladies were also in action, beating Northop Hall 2-1, and the Seconds picked up a 0-0 draw away to Caernarfon.
