HIGH winds snapped telegraph polein half and ignited a gorse fire near Bangor.
Firefigters attended the 20 square metre blaze at Lon y Grug in Mynydd Llandygai near Bangor yesterday (Tuesday, January 3).
The crew from Bangor fire station stood by the fire as it extinguished itself.
