FEW figures in music have made as big an impression as Evan Dando, having made waves globally with The Lemonheads while also carving a thriving solo career.
Now North Wales audiences can experience his music up close and personal with an intimate gig at The Tivoli in Buckley - and The Entertainer has a pair of tickets to give away.
Touring with his Solo Unplugged Show, the return to the area in more than three years will see him supported by North Wales favourite The Reads, who have made waves on the music scene with their critically acclaimed debut album Stories From The Border and become radio favourites on BBC Radio Wales (where they were chosen as Single of the Week) with a BBC live session performance scheduled for June 27.
Capacity for the event has been reduced by 20 per cent to improve the spectacle of what is set to be an unmissable gig, but means tickets are extremely limited so early booking is advised.
