JONES Evadne Ann Jim, Ann's brother and family would like to thank everyone for the messages of sympathy and cards received by them following the loss of Ann and also for the recent loss of Stephen, Jim's son in the USA. Thank you to all the nursing staff and doctors on Ward 11 at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for their care and compassion given to Ann whilst in their care. Thank you to Reverend David Ash for his prayers, for a very moving and personal service, donations received will be given to various charities that Ann supported. Thank you to Adam and Kerry at Tegid O Jones & Son Funeral Directors Prestatyn for their professional and efficient funeral arrangements.
