      NOTICE UNDER SECTION 26(4)(C) of the PUBLIC AUDIT (WALES) ACT 2004 Llansannan Community Council hereby gives notice under Section 26(4)(C) of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (The Act) that, on 17 January 2013, it considered the report issued under Section 22 of the Act by the External Auditor, UHY Hacker Young, on 10 October 2012. The following is a written summary of the decisions taken by the Council, which has been approved by the External Auditor as required by Section 26(4)(B) of the Act. 1. The Council accepted that it had failed on two ocassions to make appropriate arrangements for public inspection of the 2011/12 accounts and related records. 2. The Council accepted the External Auditor’s recommendations unanimously. 3. The Council has taken steps to ensure that proper procedures will be followed in future.
