      FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14 BROUGHTON The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 2nd January 2014 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from using Broughton Hall Road between its junctions with Church Road and Wynnstay Road, Broughton in the County of Flintshire. The reason for the closure is to facilitate water mains renewal with associated works by Dee Valley Water. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on the 20th January 2014, or as soon as possible thereafter.
