      CONWY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL CEMETERIES TAN-Y-FOEL CEMETERY, PENMAENMAWR ST. GWYNANS CEMETERY, DWYGYFYLCHI RHANDIR HEDD CEMETERY, LLANFAIRFECHAN HEADSTONE AND KERBSET INSPECTIONS From 3 June 2013, as part of a rolling 5 year Health and Safety Memorial Inspection programme, Conwy County Borough Council will commence Health and Safety inspections of headstones and kerbsets in the three cemeteries named above. Any memorial which is deemed to be unsafe, having failed the inspection, and not in compliance with the National Association of Memorial Masons Code of Practice, will be temporarily made safe and notification letters sent to the last known grave owner recorded in our registers. A list of failed headstones will be available to view on the Bereavement Services section of the Conwy County Borough Council website.       COMMONS ACT 2006 - SECTION 15 (1) NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE REGISTRATION OF LAND AS A TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern. Application has been made to Conwy County Borough Council (“the Council”) of Bodlondeb, Conwy, LL32 8DU by the Friends of Abergele Parklands and Gele and Pentre Mawr Wards under section 15(1) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2007 (“the 2007 Regulations”).
