TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd June 2010 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the following Traffic Regulation Order in
accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 1st September 2010.

(DEVA LANE/LIVERPOOL ROAD)
(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2010
The effect of the Order will:
• Prohibit any vehicle from entering or leaving Deva Lane at its junction with Liverpool Road
• Prohibit any vehicle from entering or proceeding through the gap in the central reservation of Liverpool Road at its junction with Deva Lane
A copy of the Order may be examined at the Parking Services Office, 1st Floor, The Forum, Chester between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm
Monday to Friday.

THE M53 MOTORWAY (JUNCTIONS 10-8 NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND CARRIAGEWAYS AND SLIP ROADS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has made an Order on the M53 Motorway in Cheshire West and Chester to enable resurfacing, road marking and loop cutting works to be carried out in safety. The effect of the Order is to ban all traffic from the following sections of the M53 Motorway:
i. the northbound carriageway from the last point where the Junction 9 exit slip road leaves the carriageway to the first point where the Junction 8 entry slip road joins the carriageway;
ii. the southbound carriageway from the last point where the Junction 8 exit slip road leaves the carriageway to the first point where the Junction 9 entry slip road joins the carriageway;

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

(Chester Road, Huntington)
(Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting) Order 2010
The effect of the Order will be to:
Prohibit waiting between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on the west side of Chester Road from a point 25 metres north of the centre line of Butterbache Road for a distance of 180 metres in a northerly direction
Prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths of road:
Chester Road (west side) - from a point 25 metres north of the centre line
of Butterbache Road to a point 30 metres south of the centre line of Butterbache Road.
Chester Road (west side) - from a point 10 metres north of the centre line of its southerly junction with the access road
