In accordance with the terms of the Transport Act 1985 and the Education Acts 1944 and 1996 (as
amended), Denbighshire County Council invite tenders for the provision of public and education passenger
transport services.
The current round of tenders is for services by public service vehicles (PSV), motor cars and minibuses,
which will be tendered electronically online from Thursday, 16th December 2010. Contractors wishing to
tender will be required to register in advance with the appropriate e-tender provider. The closing date for
submission of e-tender bids is Friday 14th January 2011 at 12 noon, some contracts will subsequently be
e-auctioned online on 31st January and 1st February 2011.

Mae Cyngor Sir Powys yn gwahodd ceisiadau
gan gontractwyr peirianneg sifil sydd â
chymwysterau addas ar gyfer cytundeb 6 mis
i wella seilwaith y strydoedd yn Y Drenewydd,
Powys. Caiff y cynllun ei ariannu trwy’r Gronfa
Ddatblygu Ranbarthol Ewropeaidd, gyda
chyfanswm gwerth y cytundeb yn oddeutu
£280,000. Bydd y cytundeb yn cynnwys gosod
cyrbau, palmant ‘precast’ a dodrefn stryd a
gwaith arall tebyg. Rhaid i gontractwyr fod
wedi’u cofrestru â Constructionline (ar gyfer y
categorïau gwaith perthnasol) a chydymffurfio â
CHAS (neu gynllun cyfatebol).
