TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(A5116) (MOSTON) 50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2010
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the above Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 50mph speed limit on the A5116 from its junction with the A41 Moston Road to a point 90 metres north of its junction with Percival Road.
Full details of the proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal, may be examined at the Road Safety and Sustainable Travel Unit at Backford Hall, Church Lane, Chester CH1 6EA between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic
C212 Pool Lane In The Parish Of Elton In Chester
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the following length of road, in the Parish of Elton in Chester to enable Network Rail to carry out railway bridge repair works.
(1) C212 Pool Lane, Elton at Railway Bridge 20 (junction with Elton New Road Roundabout)
The works will be taking place between the hours of 2200 hrs and 0600 hrs (Monday to Friday nights).
