I FELT I had to write and compliment Rhyl main post office in Water Street.
The Royal Mail has had such bad feedback lately and I thought that they should be recognised for the good work that they do to. I went in on Monday morning and posted a parcel via Parcel Force 48 which I was assured would get to its destination by Friday.
However, the parcel arrived on Wednesday.
I thought that this was excellent. I am always impressed on how helpful, polite and courteous the staff in there are to me and thought that they desevered to be praised.
