FOLLOWING concerns from many residents about Prestatyn having just one consultation on June 6 concerning the Local Development Plan, I have now managed to secure a second consultation.
I would like to thank everyone in Denbighshire County Council planning department who has helped with this, as well as Ron Cutting of the Deva Church
This extra consultation will take place at the Deva Church, here in Prestatyn South West, on Wednesday June 4, between 2pm until 8pm , with the original consultation still taking place at Ty Nant, on Friday June 6, again between 2pm and 8pm.
I will be in attendance at the Deva consultation, but I do appeal to residents to do your best to attend these consultations, as it is important to safeguard what is best for Prestatyn.
A map from Denbighshire, dated December 5 2007, shows that expressions to build on the vast majority of land in Prestatyn, and this includes both the Morfas and the Ffrith.
These consultations are billed: Your chance to shape your future. Please to not miss this opportunity.
GLYN JONES (Cllr)
Prestatyn South West
