Two of the most thrilling Strictly Come Dancing pros are hot-stepping it to Rhyl this month.

An Audience With Ian Waite & Oti Mabuse – Rhythm of the Night will bring the stars to the stage for what promised to be a dazzling evening of fleet-footed entertainment and sizzling performances at the Pavilion.

For Strictly diehards, there is a long wait for its return in the autumn.

However, Mabuse and Waite have the perfect Latin and ballroom tonic.

Amid all the rumours and speculation about who will appear in the 16th series of the BBC TV light entertainment show, fans can lose themselves in all the glitz and glamour that has made it a Saturday night institution.

Past finalists Waite and Mabuse have been highly acclaimed for their contribution to the Strictly spectacle, with boundary-pushing routines and their deft skill in elevating the performances of their celebrity co-stars.

Since her debut in the series three years ago, South African Mabuse has wasted no time in dazzling audiences with her breathtaking choreography and amazing talent for innovating fresh new routines.

In 2016’s Strictly competition – her second – Mabuse narrowly missed out victory with her partner, Hollyoaks’ Danny Mac, and almost reached the home stretch with Paralympian Jonnie Peacock last year.

Waite, who joined the show in its second series, has racked up an impressive list of elegant partners, including Olympian Denise Lewis, model Penny Lancaster-Stewart and television presenter Zoe Ball and has been given his own slot on the show, Waite’s Wednesday Warm-Up,where he casts his expert eye over the weekly progress of the celebrities.
