TICKETS go on sale this Friday for The Sons of Pitches at Rhyl Pavilion.

The Sons of Pitches is a multi-award winning British vocal group combining soaring solos, impeccable harmonies and sensational beatboxing to stunning effect, being crowned winners of the BBC 2 TV series 'The Naked Choir' in October 2015.

With nearly two million YouTube hits and a growing international reputation, The Sons, as they are affectionately nicknamed, have “given a cappella a kick up the backside” according to ThreeWeeks.

Since 2013, The Sons have captivated audiences with highly creative vocal gymnastics and a programme of inventive pop covers, original numbers and entertaining improvised songs.

The Sons' recently had their cover of Skrillex’s 'Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites' selected for Sing 12, the Contemporary A Cappella Society Association's prestigious compilation CD.

Other recent highlights include tours across the UK, USA and Asia with performances at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella final in New York, the Hong Kong International A Cappella Festival and a sell--out debut run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The Sons of Pitches also have an expanding portfolio of corporate clients, including NFL, Microsoft and Nokia.

Alongside spectacular concert performances, The Sons of Pitches deliver hugely valuable vocal workshops. Current projects include the group collaborating with the Royal Opera House Learning and Participation department in a bold education initiative to inspire confidence in school pupils from primary to secondary level.

The new single MMMBop , a cover of the massive pop hit by Hanson, will be released in March 2016.
