ORGANISERS are expecting this year's Kington Show on Saturday, September 13, to break all previous records with new pony and sheep classes.

The schedules have now been released for the show, which includes all the usual section classes as well as Pony Club classes, Berrichon and Badger Faced sheep section classes and two new Poultry section cups.

The driving classes will again be
in the main ring with a commercial class to include any commercial vehicle which may derive an income, entries for this can now be anything from a hearse, wedding carriage or farm machinery being driven by horses.

The private drive with show drive and pleasure driving have remained unchanged, except for the fact that the show drive is not compulsory.

Secretary Clare Edwards said: "Last year records were broken again with brilliant weather and record exhibitors, the 2008 show will look to set more records."

Organisers have warned that due to the risk of bluetongue zones changing over the next few months all exhibitors should enter as soon as possible.

All exhibitors that are unable to attend the show due to the restrictions of Blue Tongue at the time only, will be given a full refund after the show date.

Entries close on August 19, contact the secretary on 01544 260602 for schedules or trade stand application forms.

The full schedule is also available from www.kingtonshow.co.uk
