A BUDDING inventor has conjured up an award winning design.
Linda Jones, of Bodelwyddan, has won a special recognition award in the British Female Inventors and Innovators Award at Cardiff City Hall.

The housewife received her award for her home memorial Chinese photo frame and bud vase combination, a year after receiving similar recognition in the Geneva International Competition.

Linda, 46, was inspired to create her memorial bud vase after a search to find one suitable to be placed next to her mother’s grave proved fruitless.

She said: “I am pleased to have won this award and received very good feedback from the judges of the competition. I have enjoyed coming up with an invention like this and am making sure it is manufactured in the UK.”

For details on Linda’s bud vases and how to obtain them, visit www.memorialbudvases.com or call 01745 810492.
