DAVID WILLIAM WALKER (DAVE) Gwen, David and Daniel wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone for the messages of sympathy, kindness and support shown to them following the recent sad loss of David William Walker (Dave), husband to Gwen and father to David and Daniel. Kindest of thanks goes especially to the Palliative Care Teams at Glan Clwyd Hospital and Community based, also staff at St. Kentigern Hospice. Further thanks are extended to Abergele District Nurses and Physiotherapists and Dr. Whyler at Kinmel Bay Medical Centre. Thanks to Rev. Stan Walker for conducting a wonderful commemorative service at Denbighshire Crematorium and the compassion and professionalism of Brian at Ivor Howatson & Son, Funeral Directors, Rhyl. A further thank you to friends at Rhyl Botanical Gardens for showing so much care and understanding. Finally thanks to all Dave's family and friends for the support and strength during these difficult days shown to Gwen, David and Daniel.
