MEREDITH Connie. The family would like to express their thanks to everyone for the messages of condolence and kind thoughts following the sad loss of a very special lady who played such a big part in their lives. Thanks to the staff at Ward 10, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd who cared for her in her last weeks, and to Tegid O. Jones & Son Funeral Directors for their care, attentions and professionalism in arranging her final journey. A special thanks to Rev'd David Ash for his warmth and kindness and for making the service and final tribute so perfectly fitting for such a very special lady. Kind donations in memory of Connie raised for Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK.
