JANE EVES The family would like to express their sincere thanks for everyone's kindness at the sad loss of Jane. Special thanks to Canon Clive Southerton who gave such a lovely service to celebrate Jane's life.
The love and support that has been given to us as a family has helped us greatly.
We would also like to thanks the nursing staff on Enfys Ward, Cancer Treatment Centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd who looked after Jane wonderfully and also thanks to Peter Roberts & Son Funeral Services for the thoughtful way in which they arranged the funeral.
We will miss you Jane and you will always live on in our hearts.
