EVANS Jean Barbara MBE on 18th September 2018 peacefully with her niece by her side in Bradshaw Manor Care Home aged 82 Years. A dear Wife of the Late Glyn and loving mother of the Late David. A much loved sister in law and Auntie and best friend to many. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and committal on Friday 5th October at 1pm at the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St Asaph. Family flowers only please but if desired donations in memory of Jean will be kindly accepted for The Renal Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
